7/3-7/11 Eastcoast Lynns Visit

Haniel and Anita had been to invited to a wedding on 7/10 of a DC friend who had relocated out here. So, they came out for the whole week. They flew in Saturday night (7/3). Here are the kids post bath awaiting their arrival.
Below was taken on the 4th of July, which is why there's a lot of red being worn. This is the first of many "watching TV" shots during their visit. After our bbq dinner, Haniel, Mom, Tabitha, Maile, Beck, and I went to see the Shoreline fireworks. We parked at my work right off Shoreline and 101. I was a little worried because I hadn't actually started back at work. We walked just over the overpass and waited about 45 minutes for the fireworks to start.
The next day we went to Santa Cruz. It was overcast the whole time we were there. But it didn't stop the kids from going in the water after we were done riding rides.
We headed to the Mystery Spot after the Boardwalk because Carter is at an age, where he might find it kind of cool. But we got turned away because we didn't have a reservation. So, if you ever want to go to the Mystery Spot, make a reservation.

Below is a shot of Beck bonding with Carter over video games that morning.
Tabitha mastered riding a bike on Maile's bike during their visit. The trick is to have the seat low enough for the kid to put their feet down.
More tv-watching shots.
EastCoast Lynn visit to be continued...
